Custom or personalized jewelry pieces are also non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part.

- Shipping: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package for the full value of the item. Hazar Gold is not responsible for any loss or damage during return shipping.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
